Terms of Use

Conditions for using the Meds&More online pharmacy storefront, including accounts, prescriptions, and liability limits.

Welcome to Meds&More. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and related pharmacy ecommerce services. By creating an account, browsing, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return Policy, Cancellation Policy, Prescription Policy, and Grievance Redressal process.

Effective date: 08 August 2026

1. About the service

Meds&More provides an online storefront for healthcare products. Over-the-counter and wellness items may be ordered without a prescription. Medicines marked as prescription-required are supplied only after a pharmacist reviews a valid prescription for an eligible patient, subject to stock, regulatory restrictions, and verification. Confirmed licence and business identity details appear on Licence Information.

Important: Product descriptions, packaging information, and educational content on this website are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medicine-related decisions.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be competent to contract under Indian law to place orders.
  • You agree to provide accurate account, patient, address, and contact information and to keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, prescription misuse, abusive behaviour, or other Terms violations.

3. Prescription medicines and pharmacist review

  • Prescription-required items will not be dispensed without a valid prescription reviewed by a registered pharmacist (or as otherwise required under applicable law).
  • You must upload a clear, complete prescription and ensure the patient details match the intended recipient.
  • Schedule H / H1 / X and other restricted medicines are handled only in accordance with applicable Drugs and Cosmetics rules and pharmacy practice standards.
  • Pharmacist review may delay fulfilment; uploading an Rx does not guarantee approval, partial supply, or stock availability.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order (with applicable refund) if a prescription is invalid, unclear, mismatched, expired, or otherwise non-compliant.

See our Prescription Policy for process details.

4. Orders, pricing, and payments

  • An order is an offer to purchase; acceptance occurs when we confirm fulfilment after payment and, where required, successful Rx review.
  • Prices, offers, and availability may change until checkout confirmation. Typographical or catalogue errors may be corrected, and affected orders may be cancelled with a refund of amounts paid for the cancelled items.
  • Payment must be completed through the methods shown at checkout. You authorise us and our payment partners to process the transaction.

5. Delivery and risk

Delivery is subject to serviceable pincodes, courier capacity, and product eligibility. Estimated timelines are indicative. Title and risk in goods generally pass on delivery to the address you provide, subject to courier terms and applicable law. See the Shipping Policy.

6. Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Medicine returns are often restricted for safety and regulatory reasons. Cancellation before dispatch may be available depending on fulfilment state. Details are in our Return Policy and Cancellation Policy.

7. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • submit forged, altered, or third-party prescriptions without lawful authority;
  • order medicines for unlawful diversion, resale, or misuse;
  • interfere with site security, scrape content in an abusive manner, or introduce malware;
  • harass staff or other users, or misuse support channels;
  • use the platform in any way that violates Indian law or pharmacy regulations.

8. Intellectual property

Site design, logos, catalogue presentation, and original content are owned by Meds&More or its licensors. You may not copy or exploit them commercially without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of pages as displayed.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. While we aim for accurate catalogue information and careful fulfilment, we do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free listings, or that every product will suit a particular medical condition. Always follow your doctor’s advice and the product label.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Meds&More and its officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from use of the site or inability to obtain a particular medicine. Our aggregate liability for a proven claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid to us for that order (or the affected items), except where liability cannot be limited under law (including proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct where such carve-outs apply).

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under consumer-protection or other mandatory Indian law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meds&More from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of prescriptions, or violation of applicable law, to the extent permitted by law.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the place of our registered / operating pharmacy business (as published on Licence Information or Contact) shall have subject-matter jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer forum rights available to you under Indian consumer law. Please use our Grievance Redressal process before formal escalation where practicable.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for ongoing use of the service.
