Return Policy

When returns are allowed, why many medicines cannot be returned, and how refunds are processed for eligible cases.

This Return Policy describes when Meds&More can accept returns or replacements. Online pharmacy returns are more restricted than typical ecommerce because of patient safety, cold-chain integrity, and regulatory requirements.

Effective date: 08 August 2026

1. General principle

Once medicines leave our controlled pharmacy environment, we often cannot restock them safely. For that reason, most medicines — especially prescription medicines — are not returnable after dispatch or delivery, except in limited cases such as our error or transit damage, assessed case by case.

2. Items generally not eligible for return

  • Prescription medicines after dispatch/delivery (unless wrong item sent or product is defective/damaged on arrival and reported promptly).
  • Opened strips, vials, bottles, or products with broken seals.
  • Temperature-sensitive / cold-chain products once handed to the courier or delivered.
  • Products that are near expiry only if that near-expiry window was disclosed at purchase (where applicable) and you accepted it.
  • Personal-care or wellness items that have been opened or used.
  • Any product showing signs of misuse, contamination, or storage outside label conditions after delivery.

3. Cases we typically support

Subject to verification, we may offer return, replacement, or refund where:

  • the item delivered is different from what was ordered (wrong SKU / strength / pack);
  • the product arrived damaged, with compromised packaging, or visibly defective;
  • the shipment is missing an item that was charged and confirmed;
  • a non-medicine / eligible wellness item meets a published return window and is unused in original packaging (if such a window is offered for that SKU).

Please report issues within 48 hours of delivery (or within any shorter window stated on the order), with clear photos, order ID, and a description of the problem.

4. How to raise a return or quality issue

  1. Sign in and open the relevant order, or email support@pharma.stickydrop.com with subject “Return / Quality — [Order ID]”.
  2. Share photos of the outer pack, invoice/label, and the damaged or incorrect item.
  3. Do not use or discard the product until support advises, unless a healthcare professional instructs otherwise for safety.
  4. If approved, follow the return pickup or drop instructions provided. Unapproved returns may be refused.

5. Refunds for approved returns

  • Refunds for prepaid orders are initiated to the original payment method after the return is received and quality-checked (or immediately after approval where return shipping is not required).
  • Typical bank/card reflection time is 5–10 business days after initiation, depending on your payment provider.
  • Cash-on-delivery refunds, if applicable, are issued by the method support confirms (bank transfer/UPI, etc.) after verification.
  • Shipping fees may be refunded when the error is attributable to us; otherwise they may be excluded.

6. Partial orders and Rx cancellations

If part of an order cannot be fulfilled after Rx review, we refund the unfulfilled portion. That is a cancellation/fulfilment adjustment, not a post-delivery return. See the Cancellation Policy.
