Grievance Redressal

How to raise a complaint with Meds&More support and escalate to the grievance channel if needed.

Meds&More is committed to fair, timely resolution of customer concerns related to orders, deliveries, prescriptions, payments, and privacy. This page describes our grievance redressal process for the online pharmacy storefront.

Effective date: 08 August 2026

1. Before you escalate

Most issues are resolved fastest by first-level support. Please keep ready:

  • order ID and registered email / phone;
  • delivery pincode and approximate delivery date;
  • prescription reference (if relevant) without sharing unnecessary sensitive details on public channels;
  • clear photos for damaged / wrong-item cases.

2. Step 1 — Contact customer support

Please allow up to 48 business hours for an initial acknowledgement, and longer for issues that require pharmacy, courier, or payment-partner investigation.

3. Step 2 — Escalate as a grievance

If your concern remains unresolved after support has had a reasonable opportunity to respond, escalate with:

  • subject line: Grievance — [Order ID];
  • a short summary of the issue, dates of prior contact, and the resolution you seek;
  • supporting documents/photos.

Grievance channel: grievance@pharma.stickydrop.com

If a dedicated grievance officer name or additional particulars are published in Contact Details or on this page by the business, those details take precedence. Otherwise, use the grievance email above (or support with subject “Grievance”) and our team will route your complaint for escalation review.

4. What we aim to do

  • Acknowledge escalated grievances within 48 business hours where practicable.
  • Provide a written update or resolution pathway within 7–14 business days, depending on complexity (courier tracing, payment reversals, and Rx clinical/regulatory checks may take longer).
  • Explain clearly if a requested remedy (for example, return of a dispensed medicine) cannot be offered under pharmacy safety rules.

5. Scope

This process covers storefront transactions and related services. It does not replace emergency medical care. For adverse drug reactions or medical emergencies, seek immediate clinical help; you may still notify us for order records after the patient is safe.
